Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need special technical knowledge to complete your online personal stylist courses? No, you don't need special technical knowledge to complete our online courses. We've designed our student portals to make it easy to access and complete the program. If you have basic computing skills, know how to open a PDF file and Play a video, then you will be able to take one of our courses.
Do I need any special equipment to complete your online personal stylist courses? All you need is a computer, laptop, or tablet, and access to the internet to take any of our courses.
Do I need to purchase any additional materials to complete any of the personal stylist courses or business courses? No additional materials are required for any of our personal stylist courses. We provide everything you need within the student portals.
Once I have enrolled in a course, are there any time limits for completion? All our online training courses are 100% self-paced study and unlike other online courses there is no time limit for completion. You'll have access to the student portal and course materials as long as you need them so you can take your time.
Once I enroll in the program how long will it take before I can access the course materials and how do I get access? Once you have paid for your program you will automatically be redirected to a page that contains a student registration form and the access link to the portal. Complete the student registration form then check your inbox for an email containing your password. (The is email is sent to the address you provided when making your payment.) If for some reason you do not receive this email and it hasn't accidentally ended up in your spam folder, then contact us via email or using the live chat on our website.
What if I have questions and need support as I work through the course? Will I have a tutor that can help me? Yes, you will have access to a tutor throughout the program who can answer any questions, provide guidance, and offer feedback and support. Your tutor will reach out and introduce themselves once you have enrolled and you can contact them anytime you have questions or need help.
