Payment Plan Agreement


The Style Academy International offers students the option to pay for their course fees in 3 monthly installments. This credit offer is available to all students however terms and conditions apply. If you enroll using the payment plan option you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below:



  1. Payment plan options are available for the online certificate programs and the 6-figures stylist program only.

  2. The payment plan is interest-free, however, a one-time administration cost of $30 is applied to the cost of the program.

  3. Payments are non-refundable.

  4. Students will be required to set-up a recurring payment plan through their PayPal account. This recurring payment should not be changed by the student at any time and will be cancelled by The Style Academy International once all payments are complete.

  5. The student will be required to make an initial payment upon enrollment and 2 additional payments on the same day each month thereafter.

  6. Payments will automatically be processed and it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that there are sufficient funds in their account to cover the payment on the due date. If the student is unable to meet the payment due date they must contact The Style Academy International immediately to discuss.

  7. Should the details of the payment account need to be changed, it is the responsibility of the student to make these changes with PayPal at least 48-hours prior to the next payment due date.

  8. If we are unable to process the payment on the due date, we will contact you and the payment will be attempted again in 5 days. We will attempt to process the payment a third and final time in another 5 days. If we are unable to process the payment after 3 attempts the missed payment will be added to the final payment balance.

  9. A 20% late payment fee will be applied for payments after 7 days, and each month thereafter until the payment is received. Late fees will continue to be applied until the outstanding amount (including late fees) is received.

  10. If payment is not able to be processed on the due date the student's access to the program will be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

  11. If payment is still outstanding after 30 days a late payment notification will be sent to credit reporting bureaus, which may negatively impact the student's credit score.

  12. Any outstanding payments and late fees will remain the responsibility of the student until paid in full. If payment is not received within 6-months we reserve the right to use a third-party agency to collect the outstanding debt.
